What Happens Here
This is the new home of the Santa Cruz Meditation Group, gathering every Thursday night for weekly drop-in meditation. The center also serves as a container for ongoing workshops, seasonal retreats, and community classes led by Joe Clements and a diverse rotation of guest facilitators.
From one-hour classes to daylong retreats, all offering community and stillness; prioritizing presence, emotional curiosity, and the integration of practice into daily life.
The Sit. Feel. Heal. Center is for anyone seeking:
A consistent space for meditation and reflection
Support through life transitions, burnout, or emotional fatigue
Accessible mindfulness and trauma-informed teaching
Community that values authenticity, curiosity, and ease
You don’t need a spiritual résumé to belong here, just a willingness to pause and listen.
