Sit.Feel.Heal. Offerings With Joe Clements
-
It can feel like we’re surrounded by monsters lately - conflict, division, reactivity, and constant stimulation. When the world feels like this, it’s easy to turn that same harshness inward, or to get stuck in unhelpful dynamics with others. Sometimes it can feel like the harshest voice is in our own head. The good news is there are ways to change how we relate to our monsters, inside and out.
This half-day workshop offers a grounded approach to loving-kindness (metta) as a way of relating to it all—our inner dialogue, our nervous systems, and the difficult people in our lives, with wisdom, care, and clear boundaries.
This is not about fixing yourself or bypassing what’s hard.
It’s about staying human without collapsing, hardening, or checking out.Kindness here isn’t weakness, it’s a form of strength. Kindness here can become both a source of strength and an antidote to fear.
