The Sit. Feel. Heal. Center is a home for mindful connection and shared practice in the heart of Santa Cruz. Rooted in presence and community, the center hosts a variety of gatherings designed to support emotional wellness, resilience, and inner transformation.

Whether you're new to mindfulness or have years of practice, this space welcomes you as you are.

What Happens Here

This is the new home of the Santa Cruz Meditation Group, gathering every Thursday night for weekly drop-in meditation. The center also serves as a container for ongoing workshops, seasonal retreats, and community classes led by Joe Clements and a diverse rotation of guest facilitators.

From one-hour classes to daylong retreats, all offering community and stillness — prioritizing presence, emotional curiosity, and the integration of practice into daily life.

The Sit. Feel. Heal. Center is for anyone seeking:

  • Support through life transitions, burnout, or emotional fatigue

  • Accessible mindfulness and trauma-informed teaching
