This event will weave together guided meditation, a grounding sound bath, live performance, and readings from Ofosu’s new book Lyrical Dharma.
Through honest conversation, shared reflection, and music from his upcoming album Komorebi, we’ll explore how mindfulness and creativity can open the door to healing.
